Rates & Enquiries

The rates are approximate and subject to some negotiation...if you might like to check on a specific date, please email me and ask.

Condo availability can be seen by viewing my Calendar(another web window will open): availability calendar.
NOTE: The calendar is about half-way down the page OR you can click AVAILABITY at the top of the page and it will then go directly to the calendar.

Condo pricing: Rates range between $500-$800 per week depending upon the time of the year and legth of stay. Since Easter, Passover, Spring Break, Summertime, Thanskgiving, Christmas/New Year's, etc. are generally the busiest periods of the year, special pricing exists for stays during those holiday and special timeframes.

Local Florida taxes are additional.

For stays 5 nights or less please add $65(cleaning fee)

How to book our condo:

Send an inquiry, stating your required dates, and which currency you need your quote to be in.

We will respond to you with availability and a price quote.

If you decide to book the condo, first send us an email stating that you wish to reserve your dates, we will provisionally reserve your dates for 5 working days .

Payments:

The primary methods we use for payment processing are checks or PayPal. PayPal allows for payments to be processed electronically online. The payments are completely safe and secure. With Paypal, you can pay by credit card or electronic check.

After a booking period and price have been set, we will send 2 PayPal request payment notifications to you by email. One will be for the rental price and the other will be for the REFUNDABLE $250 deposit. If you are not already signed up with Paypal, the email will guide you through the simple sign-up process.

If the rental period is far enough in advance, it is also possible for us to take payments by check. The check must be able to clear at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
